Some Pieces of The Puzzle


In general we seem to think that what we see in front of, and around us, is also seen and felt by everyone else.
FALSE ASSUMPTION.
It is how you see, and how you are programmed, that presents everything visually and emotionally to us. 
Our angle of perception reflects our ideas and emotional experiences in life. 

Everybody thus experiences seeing a different picture/story and responds differently to each situation and emotional drama.

We are all unique individuals experiencing life through our individual lenses!


Fear, Anxiety, Anger causes a different view/perspective/experience to fulfillment and joy.


A Dark Night with an evil wolf, might be seen below by those who have loads of fear.
A fun game of  shadow-play might be seen by someone who is positive and creative!

The Mind Plays Tricks - Mind Matters -so watch it! The mind is endowed with amazing powers to achieve and create
We set ourselves up with the use of the mind and our choice of thought patterns.


                   LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE                 
  THOUGHTS ARE SEEDS THAT BEAR FRUIT


      Distorted thinking creates the list below. This list below creates narrow,
      limited, self-abusing, self-restricting vision. Light is blocked and Spirit is
      frail. Connection and wholeness is incomplete.
                           
        Judgements, including racism and any thoughts that include SHOULD!
        Pain
        Suffering
        Anxiety
        Jealousy
        Depression
        Anger
        Fear
        Lack
        Loneliness can become unworthiness 


People with the above thought patterns are more likely to see a glass half empty.
People with positive hopeful thoughts will see the glass as half full!
Sometimes so much stuff has happened to us that we feel it is either too hard or it is impossible to change.WRONG. This is a false assumption that has arisen from an untamed mind!

      

Thoughts that are other than peace and happiness
CREATE A DISTORTED VISION / VERSION of events, people and own self-worth.  ALLOW DISTORTED EMOTIONAL responses and attitudes continue and  emotional dis-ease will eventually create physical disease.

                      
Thought patterns, especially if charged with emotion, directly affect our lives in every way.
The creative power of thoughts produces emotions and outward manifestations
Man evolves and expands consciousness personally and globally, through experience and creative works, and with seeds planted by the wise use of the mind.

  TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR THOUGHTS
 DIET IMPACTS THOUGHTS
           
HELP TO TAME THE MIND WITH:

STILLNESS, MEDITATION
TRUST, FAITH in the Creator/ creation
A REALLY HEALTHY DIET, 
if depressed or have anxiety change to a  Gluten Free Diet
DRINKING CLEAN WATER,
LOVING YOURSELF & OTHERS, FORGIVENESS, COMPASSION, LAUGHTER, SINGING, DANCING,
FRESH AIR,
EXERCISE, GARDENING, 
ACTIVELY EXPRESSING YOUR PASSION, 
GRATITUDE, be grateful for even the smallest (large) everyday things 
Each day write down a list of ten things that you are grateful for. eg legs, arms, rice, sunshine, rain, clothing, being alive, somewhere to sleep etc.
 
RESTING and a good night's SLEEP

   A BALANCED LIFE = DIFFERENT SIGHT
   = MORE PEACE, HAPPINESS
& MORE  FULFILLMENT


        
Someone sent me this photo and to me it reflects the different layers of sight -many, many different layers/perspectives - all have purpose and are all part of the same journey traveling to the same destination.

The HUGE Room

When you see something differently than others - breathe - relax and listen. Think the situation or person is INTERESTING. Maybe say the word interesting out load, or to yourself. Somehow for me this interesting word changes my attitude of judgement into acceptance and honouring the uniqueness of individuals and their different expressions, emotional backgrounds and perspectives!

If others see a situation, or something, nicer than what you see .. then ... breathe softly and ... IMAGINE .... being them ... and look ... through their eyes. See with their eyes.      Interesting.


We all, even happy people, have to work at our thought patterns if we want to grow inwardly and spiritually - if we want to be more 'whole' & more of love.
It takes practice and imagination!! Rome wasn't built in a day!
